Today, I thought of making my morning breakfast with Dosa. I tried Beetroot/Table beet/ Garden beet/Red or Golden bee Dosa and i t come out with a different look compared to my ordinary dosa and it is a healthy recipe too. Since it has a deep pink-red color, the color and flavor of dosa is improved too.

Beetroot/Table beet/ Garden beet/Red or Golden bee Dosa

- 2 cups Dosa batter
- 1/4 cup Beetroot (finely chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Beetroot should be finely chopped so that the dosa batter will be smooth and easy to spread in the pan.
- Batter should not be too thin or too thick.
