Spicy Indian Mutton Soup is famous in south India. I have already published one soup recipe(Healthy Chicken Carrot Soup). It is clear soup which does not use much ingredients. That was actually made when I was sick. However, I liked thick soups and wanted to make one. After some research I found a recipe and thought of trying it with when we bought mutton.
This is a thick soup and I think this will be best to consume before dinner during winter and tastes good when hot. Ready made soups are not as healthy considering the high sodium/salt which it contains. In homemade soup we can easily control the quantity of ingredients and make it really healthy.
Another benefit of soup is, it has a very high nutrients compared to the calories contained in it. So, I would recommend you to try this and do share your experience.
